Hello Warren and all my fellow team members.
I'm Dave Fullmer and I'm a transplant from Michigan living in Western Tennessee. I moved here back in '82 when I came down to set up a large manufacturing machine my company had built and sold to a steel door manufacturer.
I just signed up for BYB last week and last night Warren called me with information on this site. I am looking forward to picking ya'll heads apart and getting all the information you have to grow this business.
I was just thinkiing today that I should sit down and list what has been my struggles for the past 4 or 5 years since I first got involved with internet business. Then maybe I could relate those struggles to the solutions that this team might be solving. I mentioned to Warren last night that I couldn't really ask some of the questions I have because they haven't fully defined themselves. Years ago, working as an Engineering Technician, I learned that until you defined the problem you can't solve it.
My personal information. I just had my 69th birthday in June. I still work as an electrical maintenance technician in a manufacturing plant nearby. I am married to my bride of 48 years. We have 4 children scattered in Mich and Virginia, 6 grandchildren and almost 3 great grand children. My youngest son became the grandfather less than a year after he married 5 years ago. He's 36. I live on 45 acres mostly wooded and I love to tinker with antique Allis Chalmers tractors.
Looking forward to learning and maybe even some teaching.

Hi Dave,
I live in Middle TN, on a 40 acre farm, and we inherited an old International Farmall when we bought the farm. Our son (who is 44) wanted to keep it, so it just sits in the barn, taking up space that we could use. He is a Missions Minister, travels to Africa a lot, so I don't know if he will ever do anything with it. Well, it doesn't eat anything!
We have a great team here, thanks to Warren.

I see you found your way here Dave, welcome and enjoy the team.
Things are starting to pick up now and evolve into what I envisioned when I started this whole thing. That is very gratifying.
